Returns and Exchange Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a Capitol Fishing Tackle gift card.

Important Guidelines:

• Returns/Exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Returns/Exchanges after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

• Items must be shipped back in packaging that protects them from damage during transit.

• Capitol Fishing Tackle is not responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns that do not meet the criteria above may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
